Pricing of my Chef Services is dependent on the Client's service needs. It can be calculated as follows:
1. As a daily rate depending on the number of days/weeks/months the services are needed 2. Number of people/servings for a specific event 3. Number of servings per person/per day, where meals are made and stored for later consumption 4. Or as agreed upon between Client and Chef
In regards to servings, a protein (meat, fish, poultry), a starch (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc) and a vegetable of your choice will be included.
All pricing will include these Services:
Consultation Menu Research and Planning Grocery Shopping Meal Preparation Packaging and Heating Instructions Cleaning and Sanitation of Kitchen
Prices do not include the Cost of Groceries since they are dependent on the menu options you choose. Please be conscious and sensitive to the fact that an organic item is not the same cost as non-organic. Prices of ingredients will also vary based on a specific brand you may select, a specific cut of meat, variety of seafood, or even an 'in or out' of season ingredient. As stated in my previous page, I will use only the freshest of ingredients to prepare your meals.
Packaging of your meals can be disposable or reuseable. At the time of our consultation, I will bring along some options, with pricing, for your consideration. Please remember, if you select the reuseable option, to have containers clean before my next visit to your home.

Payment Procedure
Full Payment for Services is due prior to the Cooking Date established. If Services are provided for a consequetive number of days or weeks, payment arrangements can be established prior to start of assignment.
If ingredients are purchased, payment in full will be required on the Cooking Date and is payable before prep and cooking begins. Purchase receipts will be submitted for your review and approval.
