Every detail will be planned and prepared to your specifications. I will partner up with you in customizing your unique menu options. Multiple menus can be designed for the same household in order to satisfy everyone's palate or dietary needs.
A questionnaire will be the first step in determining what your nutritional needs and expectations are. This initial form will give me a thorough understanding as to the ingredients you would like to have purchased and cooked. I will then schedule an initial consultation to further discuss the process of the food service. We will plan the menu, establish a cook date, and finalize any last requests.
An assessment of your kitchen equipment will also be made during our initial consultation in order to familiarize myself with the space and to determine if I will need to bring any additional items on my cook date(s).
Your kitchen is left spotless and sanitized. The only traces you will have are the aromas of freshly cooked meals which have been packaged away in your freezer/refrigerator with detailed heating instructions attached.
You decide the ingredients, menu and frequency. This is the luxury of having a personal chef; flexibility and exclusivity. It's like having a restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
