About Chef Rivera......
My passion in the food industry has driven me to create pots and company as a full service private chef and catering services' business. After years of dabbling in the kitchen for family and friends, along with the desire to improve my skills, I was motivated to fulfill my dreams of attending culinary school.
I am a graduate of ICE, The Institute of Culinary Education, in New York City, New York. I have worked at Perry Street, a Jean Georges Restaurant in the West Village of New York, along side some of the Top Chefs in the field. Here, I also honed my skills to industry standards and further developed a flair for plating and presentation.
I maintain an extremely high standard of cleanliness, safety, commitment, discretion, and professionalism for all my clients and events. From a romantic dinner for two to a corporate cocktail event to a dinner or cocktail party for 100, all details are tended to.
